Hon. Lujaina Mohsin Darwish: Omani Business Mogul and Leader Wins the Women of Influence Award

Honorable Lujaina Mohsin Haider Darwish is the Chairperson of Mohsin Haider Darwish LLC- a leading business house contributing to the growth of Oman’s economy.

She was one of the two women to be elected to the country’s consultative council – Majlis A’ Shuraa and has been elected twice to this honorary position from the Wilayat of Muscat. She was appointed as a member of the State Council by Royal Decree in November 2015 and is presently a member of the esteemed Council.

A committed – contributor to the social, cultural, and business landscape of Oman, she currently holds various honorary and important positions such as The Chairperson of Oman-China Friendship Association; Omani-Italian Friendship Association; Member of the GCC Women Forum; Member to the Board of Trustees of Al-Zahra College for Women, Oman; and Ex-Board Member of Dar Al Atta’a – a Charitable Association formed in 2002.
