Evolving the Healthcare Landscape: H.E. Dr. Amin Hussain Al Ameeri Wins the 2022 Powerful Leaders Award

The Global Excellence Assembly Awards is a program launched in the early 2021, inspired by the Malcolm Baldrige Excellence Framework Criteria, which has been integrated not only for organizations, government entities, private and public companies, or corporations, but also for individual development goals and assessment by the internal division of Global Excellence Assembly – The Quality Assurance and Improvement Framework Division.

Individual development plans or goals will help professionals prepare for their future, regardless of the career they have or are planning on and outline a vision for their careers and set goals to capitalize on their strengths and address their development needs. One of his various imperative roles as an Assistant Undersecretary for Health Regulations Sector in the Ministry is the participation in the process of developing the general strategy as well as the main objectives of the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) in addition to working on achieving such objectives by setting goals, policies, initiatives, and operational plans for the departments under his responsibility while following up on their implementation.
